Is Your Child Exposed to Porn During Court Ordered Visitation?

Many times a marriage will fail due to an addiction to Internet porn. Yet right after the divorce is final the parent with the pornography addiction will get unsupervised visitation. Unless you can submit evidence of a porn addiction or unfit behavior in front of the children your child could be exposed to Internet porn while in the care and custody of the parent you divorced.

Children often imitate what they've see, read, or hear. Studies indicate that exposure to Internet pornography can prompt children to act out sexually against younger, smaller, and more vulnerable children. Experts in the field of childhood sexual abuse report that any premature sexual activity in children always suggests two possible stimulants: experience and exposure. This means that the sexually deviant child may have been molested or exposed to sexuality through Internet pornography.

In a study of six hundred American males and females of junior high school age and above, researcher Dr. Jennings Bryant found that 91 percent of the males and 82 percent of the females admitted having been exposed to X-rated, hard-core pornography. Over 66 percent of the males and 40 percent of the females reported wanting to try out some of the sexual behaviors they had witnessed. And among high school aged kids, 31 percent of the males and 18 percent of the females admitted doing some of the acts they watched in the pornography within a few days after exposure.

You don't have to allow your children to be subjected to this kind of abuse. If you suspect the other parent has an Internet porn addiction and that your children may be exposed to this porn during visitation you need proof. Evidence you can submit in court. This can be very quick and simple and even surprisingly inexpensive.

There are private investigators that specialize in online infidelity investigations. These investigations can uncover Internet dating sites that a person has established membership with. Some of these sites are very extreme sexual fetishes. Some of these online investigations also include porn site and escort service memberships. This is the first step. Because once you have that report in your hand your lawyer can subpoena the web sites records to determine if the site was accessed during the times of court ordered visitation.

This will be damning evidence and overwhelming for any judge in determining custody and visitation.
If you decide to hire a PI to perform this investigation be sure they are an expert in Internet Porn Investigations and have experience in online infidelity cases. Do your homework and research their name and PI agency to see if they are considered experts in this very cutting edge type of investigation.
